We are back and trying something new. In this episode my buddy calls in and we discuss what we are working on, some Bolt Action rules we need research a little more, some new products on the market and a new rule I’m working on for Sticky Bombs.
I hope you like this episode and the new direction we are heading in. Comment below please.
In this episode Chris and I are just about to start a game of Bolt Action and then the UPS truck arrives with gifts,, The new German SS troops and Chindits from Warlord Games. So we spend a few minutes going through the box and then get on with our Bolt Action game.
Note: Right around the 37 minute mark there is one minute of total silence in the video. This is because YouTube’s hyper sensitive copyright detection software heard a song playing on the radio in the background and flagged the video for copyright infringement. The only way to fix this without remaking the video was to mute that portion.
Tonight I talk about an idea I had for getting paratroopers on board at the beginning of the game and adding some randomess to where they drop in. I’ll be using this technique for Bolt Action, but it would apply to many games in many scales.
Catching up after GenCon. A little bit about Star Wars Legions. A discussion with Chris about using officers in Bolt Action.
This is the audio from video podcast number 70. There was not much of a visual element to this podcast, so it works good as an audio podcast also.
A bit of catching up after GenCon, a little bit about Star Wars Legions, and then a segment with Chris where we talk about using officers in Bolt Action.
In this episode I talk about a new 28mm Landing Craft model that is coming soon, Workbench storage shelves, Sprue Cutters, Beyond the Gates of Antares unboxing, Workbench light, US Marines, and more.
In the final segment I talk about a tragedy that occurred today in Virginia where a white supremacist killed a person and injured 20 more and I use some very strong language,,, because, you know, I don’t like Nazis sharing oxygen with me. You will be warned ahead of time so you can stop watching if you choose to.
This video was originally going to be simply a review of a Rubicon Models kit, then I decided it would be better to do a comparison between the same model from Rubicon and Warlord Games … unfortunate, the StuG III from Warlords is on back-order … so a Panzer IV from Warlords took it’s place and I did a general comparison of the pros and cons of each manufacturers products. I hope you enjoy.
